Priorities, weighted honestly
Every preference — property type, bedrooms, garage, yard, HOA, and your own custom criteria — gets a weight from must-have to no-preference. The weighting makes trade-offs explicit, so decisions are made on purpose rather than by whoever argues hardest.
A budget that reflects reality
